Shipping and returns

Shipping

• Shipping is free on every order to a US address.
• Products are fulfilled and shipped by our supplier partners. Orders are processed once your purchase is confirmed, and timing depends on the product, supplier, destination and carrier.
• Items from one order may arrive in separate packages.
• We send tracking information when it's available.
• Please enter a complete and accurate address. We can't be responsible for problems caused by address errors.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather, volume and other things outside our control. If your package is late, contact us and we'll work with our fulfillment partner and the carrier to find it.

Returns

We accept returns of items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect within 30 days of delivery. We don't accept returns of items in good condition, and we don't offer exchanges.

To start a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery, before you send anything back. Include your order number and, when it helps, photos. We'll send you the return instructions. Returns are by mail, and return shipping is free for approved returns.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method when possible. How long it takes to appear depends on your payment provider or bank.
