Orders and payments

Orders are placed and paid through our secure online checkout. Please check your order details before you buy, because changes or cancellations aren't always possible once an order is submitted.

Shipping

We prepare orders as quickly as we can. Delivery times vary by location, shipping method and carrier, and we share tracking when it's available. See shipping and returns for details.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns of items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect within 30 days of delivery, with free return shipping. We don't offer exchanges. The full process is described in shipping and returns.

We aim to keep descriptions, photos, dimensions and specifications accurate, but slight differences in color, appearance or packaging can happen.
